Plaintiffs, James W. Johnston, individually and as a representative of all those similarly situated, and William Fike, appealed from the judgment of the circuit court of McLean County entered upon allowance of the motion to dismiss filed by defendants, the city of Bloomington, a municipal corporation, and Paul W. Krueger, its treasurer. The appellate court reversed and remanded (61 Ill. App. 3d 209), and we allowed defendants’ petition for leave to appeal.
