In December of 1983, plaintiff, Melvin Brown, filed a three-count verified complaint in the chancery division of the circuit court of Cook County against Richard Tenney, William Jell, Agri-Econ, Inc., Pioneer Commodities, Inc., and T/B Holding Company (collectively, defendants) for injunctive and other relief on behalf of himself and T/B Holding Company (T/B Holding) as well as Pioneer Commodities, Inc.
