ATWELL, District Judge.

At the May term of the United States District Court for this district, applicant, Carl Chance, was convicted for having conspired to commit an offense against the laws of the United States, and was sentenced to two years in the penitentiary, and to pay a thousand dollar fine. Ho appealed from that conviction, and was granted bond in tlie sum of $15,000, The cause was returnable to the United States Circuit Court of Appeals in Fort Worth at the November term, 1932, but for some reason the case was not acted upon at that term.
