This is a writ of habeas corpus issued on the petition of Max Pateau to review an order of the Commissioner of Immigration and Naturalization, directing the petitioner’s deportation pursuant to the pertinent provisions of the Immigration law, U.S.C.A. Title 8, §§ 154 and 156.
