Plaintiff-Appellant Robert Lindstrom appeals the district court’s dismissal of his action against the government for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Mr. Lind-strom filed suit to enforce a settlement agreement he reached with the Department of the Interior on his disability discrimination claim. He contends that the district court erroneously rejected subject matter jurisdiction over enforcement of an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”)-mediated settlement agreement arising from an EEOC complaint.
