Defendant, Larry Winston, was charged with two counts of murder, one count of armed violence and one count of concealment of a homicidal death. Following a bench trial, defendant was found not guilty of murder by reason of insanity and not guilty of armed violence and concealment of a homicide. The trial court imposed an 80-year period of commitment on defendant, who now brings this appeal.
