OPINION AND ORDER
GERSHON, District Judge.
Petitioner brings this application pursuant to Section 10® of the National Labor Relations Act (“the Act”), as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 160®, for a temporary injunction pending final resolution by the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) of a consolidated complaint that charges respondent P & W Electric, Inc. (“P & W”) with various unfair labor practices. An Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) held a hearing on the complaint for 10 days between December 21, 2000 and January 17, 2001.
