The sole question to determine herein is, which of the contending parties has a superior lien upon “the rolling stock of The Argentine Central Railway Company,” a Colorado railway corporation.

The defendant in error claims such lien by virtue of a mortgage deed in which it is named as trustee, given by The Argentine Central Railway Company upon its property as an entirety to secure its long term bonds, in the aggregate sum of $200,000 and recorded February 6, 1906.
