HYDE, Presiding Judge., Defendant was' found guilty of á felony on the "following verdict: “We, the Jury in the above entitled cause, find the defendant guilty of occupying premises and keeping and using therein devices for the purpose of recording bets on horse races and assess his punishment at Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars fine.” The Court reduced the fine in accordance with Section 546.500.
