This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of West Virginia, at Bluefield, in an action at law instituted by the appellants, herein referred to as the plaintiffs, copartners doing business under the firm name and style, of Charles E. Quincey & Co., against the appellee, herein referred to as the defendant, a banking corporation of Mercer county, W. Va.
