NORVELL, Justice.

Appellant submits this appeal upon a 285-page brief, containing eighty-one propositions, designated as points of error, and twenty-five additional objections to the trial court’s findings and conclusions, which are called assignments of error. The statement of facts contains 1,058 pages. The length of the record was occasioned by detailed evidence as to the operation of certain business organizations in Bexar County, Texas, referred to in the briefs as the Kallison Enterprises.
