RILEY, Circuit Judge.
David Pardue (Pardue) was sentenced to 105 months imprisonment and three years supervised release for using the mail with the intent that a murder be committed. While Pardue was serving his supervised release, his probation officer filed a petition to revoke supervised release alleging Pardue had committed new state-law crimes of aggravated robbery and aggravated assault. Pardue later pled guilty to the state charges.
