This is an original petition for benefits under the workmen’s compensation act. After a hearing before the trial commissioner a decree was entered denying and dismissing the petition. The cause is before us on the petitioner’s appeal from the decree of the full commission affirming the decree of the trial commissioner.

The questions presented on this appeal are whether the evidence supports the commission’s findings that petitioner was not an employee of the respondent corporation within ■the meaning of the act and that the heart attack suffered by him on May 29, 1959 was not causally…
