MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

DOUMAR, Senior District Judge.

In this case, Plaintiffs Aventis Pharma Deutschland GMBH (“Aventis”) and King Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“King”) have brought a two-count suit against Defendants Lupin Ltd. and Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for patent infringement and inducement of infringement. Presently before the Court is Defendants’ motion for judgment on the pleadings under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(c), asking this Court to dismiss Plaintiffs’ willful infringement claim.
