The Union Free High School District of the town and city of Wauwatosa, hereinafter referred to as the “high-school district,” was created in January, 1924, the limits of the high-school district being coterminous with the limits of the town and city of Wauwatosa, the district comprising all of the city and town; the district never established a district high school.
