Plaintiff AmeriCredit Financial Services, Inc. (hereinafter, “AmeriCredit” or “plaintiff’) commenced this action seeking to confirm an Arbitration Award pursuant to Section 9 of the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq. Defendant Oxford Management Services (hereinafter, “OMS” or “defendant”) cross-moves to vacate the Arbitration Award.
