The appellant sued the appellee for damages alleged to have been sustained by her for injuries to her property situated in Baltimore County, caused by a sewage disposal plant, constructed by the defendant. It is alleged in the first count of the narr. that into said plant the defendant dis^ charges “all the accumulations from the kitchens, bathrooms, water-closets, mercantile establishments, stables, streets and other places in Baltimore City, which said matter is spread out in a diluted condition through the system of drains, pipes, etc., at…
