MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE: MOTION TO STRIKE SPECIAL DEFENSE AND COUNTERCLAIM

The plaintiff brought this action to foreclose a mortgage on property owned by the defendant Cynthia A. Choinski. It alleges an arrearage of payments of a promissory note secured by the mortgage.
