Three automobiles, one from North Carolina and two from New York, were involved in an accident on a Bronx thoroughfare. The result was the institution of three actions: one in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, and two in the Municipal Court of the City of New York. While a total of twelve persons is listed as litigants, the actual personnel involved is not so numerous when duplication is eliminated.
