The plaintiff, John Seeden, was employed by the Gopher Ordnance Works at Eosemount, Minnesota. A carload of rolls of paper pulp had been transported by the defendant railroads from Everett, Washington, to Eosemount, Minnesota. Defendant Chicago Great Western Eailway Company, the connecting carrier, made final delivery of the car so loaded on the receiving track at the north gate inside the fence of the premises of the Gopher Ordnance Works, the consignee, at Eosemount.
