Appellee, A. Puff, plaintiff below, filed suit in the Campbell circuit court against Kate Puff, alleging that he was the owner and entitled to the possession of certain municipal bonds of the face value of $1,500 which the defendant, Kate Puff, on or about the — day of October, 1904, received from him, in order that she should safely keep .the same for him and return them to him upon his request; that on said date, be delivered to said defendant for the purposes aforesaid, including said $1,500 worth of bonds, bonds the face value…
