The appellant and plaintiff below, William S'. White-side, was the owner of 557 shares of the capital stock of the Tip Top Baking" Company, a corporation doing’ business in Louisville, of the par value of $50.00 per share, all of it being fully paid. These shares constituted a great majority of the capital stock of the corporation.
