This appeal is from a judgment enforcing an oral contract to convey a one-half interest in a section of land in Wyandotte County; to dissolve the partnership of the appellants and the appellees, and for an accounting between the parties.

' The appellants, Henry U. Gerber and Evelyn L. Gerber, his wife, plaintiffs below, commenced this action on September 17, 1951.
