MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBERT F. HERSHNER, JR., Bankruptcy Judge.

Joy R. Webster, Trustee, Movant, filed with the Court on December 15, 2008, a Motion For Turnover Of Property Of The Estate. David J. Aldrich, Respondent, filed a response on January 5, 2009. Mov-ant filed on January 13, 2009, an Objection To Claim Of Amended Exemptions. A hearing on Movant’s motion and objection was held on February 12, 2009. The Court, having considered the evidence presented and the arguments of counsel, now publishes this memorandum opinion.
