MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBERT F. HERSHNER, Jr., Chief Judge.

Ernest Kirk, II, Chapter 7 Trustee (“Trustee”) filed on November 8, 1995, his Trustee’s Objection to Debtors’ Amendment to Exemptions. A hearing on Trustee’s objection was held on April 2, 1996. The Court, having considered the evidence presented and the arguments of counsel, now publishes this memorandum opinion.
