This is an action on the case to recover damages for personal injuries claimed to have been sustained by the plaintiff on October 13, 1911, caused by one of the servants of the defendant negligently operating defendant’s automobile ambulance, and driving it into the vehicle of plaintiff while on their way to the city of Detroit, in the vicinity of Dearborn.
