KurlansM appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Warren, J.) affirming the Town of Falmouth Planning Board’s decision to approve the Portland Yacht Club’s site plan for the construction of a building for boat storage and use by the junior sailing program. The KurlansMs contend that the Planning Board erred in accepting an insufficient application for site plan review, in approving the application without conducting a full site plan review, and in failing adequately to specify the reasons for its decisions.
