(for reversal). This case involves a number of features not directly involved in prior litigation in -this. State. The testimony is not in dispute as to the acts of Charles Trombley during the period particularly in question. The parties are not in accord, however, as to the inferences that may be drawn from his conduct, the ostensible reasons therefor, his demeanor claimed to have resulted from certain events over which he apparently had no control, and the circumstances under which he took his own life.
