This appeal arises from an order of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, filed on May 30, 1989, affirming the findings of fact and conclusions of law of a referee. The facts of this case reveal that the parties had their marriage dissolved on June 18, 1984.
