This appeal involves the question of the liability of the estate of Addie M. Hall Ellis for the payment of an inheritance tax in excess of the amount of the tax which the superior court adjudged to be due.
Mrs. Ellis, being a resident of the state of Washington, died testate in the city of Seattle November 11, 1928, leaving estate subject to administration under the direction of the superior court for King county.
