Defendants Peter Lavi a/k/a Parviz Lavi (“Lavi” or “Parviz Lavi”) and Omega Industries & Development Corp. (“Omega”) appeal from an amended default judgment, entered as a final judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 54(b), of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Thomas C. Platt, Judge, ordering them to pay plaintiff Powerserve International, Inc.
