Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit

Decided June 22, 2017No. 16-50380Unpublished

Bekendam argues that the district court previously granted her IFP status in a 42 U.S.C. § 1983 proceeding; she is indigent; her family will not assist her financially; and she is entitled to millions of dollars in damages.
