Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Joan Carey, J.), rendered on March 26, 1985, convicting defendant, following a jury trial, of two counts of robbery in the second degree and sentencing him, as a predicate violent felon, to two concurrent indeterminate 4-to-8-year terms to run consecutive to a 2-to-4-year term that defendant was already serving, is affirmed.
