Richard Burival and Phillip Burival, also known as Burival Brothers, a partnership and Gary Burival and Joyce Burival, also known as B & B Farms, and also known as Burival Farms (collectively “Debtors”) appeal the bankruptcy court’s order allowing an administrative expense claim to Loretta Roehrich, Conservator of the Estate of Rosie Pritchett (“Landlord”), for a prorated amount due under a crop land lease.
