¶ 1. Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc. appeals from a circuit court order reversing a decision of the Division of Hearings and Appeals (DBA) and finding that Harley-Davidson is subject to a good cause hearing pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 218.0116(8) (2001-02) 1 as a result of its decision to transfer a portion of Racine Harley-Davidson, Inc.'s (RHDI's) territory to another dealer.
