Plaintiffs brought this suit in equity alleging that defendants were guilty of unfair competition to the detriment of plaintiffs, and asking for injunctive relief. It does not appear that there is any serious disagreement between the parties as to the material facts. In 1937 defendant Bernard Edelman entered the real-estate business in Detroit, operating as a salesman and later as a broker, and also buying and selling property for his own account.
