These are cross-appeals from the decree of the Circuit Court of the United States for the District of New Jersey, foreclosing a mortgage made by the Atlantic Coast Electric Railroad Company, a corporation of the state of New Jersey, to the Guaranty Trust Company of New York, a corporation of the state of New York, trustee, dated July 1,1896, to secure an issue of bonds, known as General Mortgage 5 Per Cent.
