The Appellate Court reversed a decree obtained by appellant in the circuit court of Cook county, establishing a mechanic’s lien in his favor against premises which appellees purchased after the lien was claimed to have attached to the property. The cause was not remanded, and appellant has brought the case here, asking a reversal of the judgment of the Appellate Court and an affirmance of the decree of the circuit court in his favor.
