This is an action for the wrongful death of plaintiff’s husband. There was a verdict and judgment in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $7,000 and defendant has appealed.
Defendant’s first point is that his demurrer to the evidence should have been sustained. The facts, taken in their most favorable light to plaintiff, show that de ceased was killed on November 13, 1918, in an automobile collision at the intersection of Twenty-fifth street with Pennway boulevard, in Kansas City, Missouri.
