FOURNET, Justice.
This suit was instituted by five plaintiffs against Del Cryer, doing business as the Cryer Drilling Company, and his insurer, the Employers Casualty Company, to recover varying sums for the damages incurred by each as the result of an accident that occurred on U. S. Highway No. 80 between Minden and Shreveport around 7 p. m. on the night of Saturday, December 15, 1945, when the I1/2 ton Ford truck being operated by the plaintiff L. P.
