CLARY, District Judge.
This is a civil action for violation of the antitrust laws, Title 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1, 2 and 3, and for a declaratory judgment concerning the alleged misuse, abuse and unenforceability of certain of the defendants’ patent rights, Title 28 U.S.C.A. § 2201 et seq.
