Presently before this court are two motions in this matter: plaintiffs’ motion to compel the production of peer review materials pertaining to defendant Tol-Ung Yoon, M.D. (hereinafter “Yoon”), filed July 6, 1993, *679and defendants’ motion for a protective order barring disclosure of its Peer Review Organization’s (“PRO”) documents, filed November 12, 1993.
