This appeal arises from a dispute over insurance coverage between appellees Main Street Homes, Inc. and Main Street, Ltd. (together “Main Street”), and appellants CU Lloyd’s of Texas and Potomac Insurance Company of Illinois (together “Lloyds”). Lloyds, Main Street’s insurance provider, refused Main Street’s request to defend Main Street in two suits brought against it.
