OPINION

FRANK W. WILSON, District Judge.

This is a proceeding under Subchapter VI, Equal Employment Opportunities, of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e to § 2000e-15. Before the Court is a petition to set aside a demand for access to evidence and a cross-petition for an order enforcing the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s demand for access to evidence. The case has been submitted upon admissions in the pleadings and upon affidavits. Oral argument was had pursuant to the Court’s order to show cause and the case is now before the Court upon voluminous briefs filed by each…
