It appears that these parties were married on the 2d of November, 1846, in the state of Massachusetts. They continued to live together, with the exception of a short separation in the year 1848, until in September, 1850.r At that time, from some cause, perhaps not very clearly developed, they .separated. The complainant remained with some friends in Boston until the next spring, when she came to Lockport in Illinois, to reside with her uncle, one Edward B. Talcott. The respondent remained in Boston. Since that time, complainant has been in Boston once, if not offcener, but their separation…
