I. Introduction
On or about July 20, 2001, Plaintiff Far-ran Tozer Brown (“Plaintiff’) filed this action against Defendants Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. (“C & W”) and Cushman & Wakefield of New York, Inc. (“C & WNY”) (collectively, “Defendants”) alleging that the Defendants: (i) breached Plaintiffs written employment contract, dated May 3, 1999, by, among other things, prematurely terminating her employment; and (ii) discriminated against Plaintiff on the basis of “sex, pregnancy and childbirth” by terminating her employment while she was on maternity…
