On this appeal, we are asked to decide whether the judgment convicting defendant of burglary in the second degree (the burglary conviction), following a jury trial, should be vacated on the grounds that the verdict was unsupported by legally sufficient evidence, or that the verdict did not comport with the weight of the evidence, or that defendant was deprived of his right of confrontation at trial.
