Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles which suspended petitioner’s repair shop registration for 15 days and imposed a civil penalty of $100 for violation of a regulation of the commissioner. Following a hearing, petitioner was found to have willfully violated 15 NYCRR 82.5 (g) which requires that a repair shop provide quality repairs.
