A special proceeding brought by Novelty Textiles, Inc., pursuant to §§ 5225(b) and 5227, N.Y.Civ.Prac.L. & R., against the shareholders of a judgment debtor was tried before me on consent of the parties pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c). Judgment in favor of the petitioner in the amount of $203,491.23 was thereafter duly entered.
