MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Pending before the Court is the Objection to Claim of Exemptions and Motion For Turnover filed by the trustee, Jill Jacoway, and the Objection to Claim of Exemptions and Motion For Turnover filed by creditor, Carlos Parker. Both objections were filed on December 12, 2002. The debtor, Allen David Hunter [A.D. Hunter], received a discharge in this bankruptcy case on May 13, 2003.
